Peak-season: $3,495/wk; $12,500/mo
Additional $500 for weddings or very large gatherings.
$150 Cleaning, and 7% Tax; refundable damage deposit of $500.
50% of fee with reservation contract; Balance 90 days before rental date.
DEPOSIT refunded if cancel prior to 90-day window.
Full refund less $450 if another tenant found for same dates.
